My husband is one of those fishermen.
His fishing vessel, the Ku Mana, holds a sacred meaning that goes far beyond the direct translation of its name. It represents his connection to the ocean, his livelihood, and the life he has worked so hard to build for our family.
Fishing is a way of life woven into our family's routine. While he has found a way to continue fishing, the loss of our home harbor has brought new challenges and changed that way of life.
We created these shirts to share a piece of his story and support his fishing operation as we navigate these changes.
